Easy 30-Day Returns & Refund Policy

Need to return or exchange an item? No problem. Simply submit your return request within 30 days of purchase, and we will be happy to assist.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • Unused and unworn
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Important: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Defective or faulty
  • Missing parts or accessories
  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

Contact us immediately at peter@infinityclocks.com.au so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalised products
  • Special order or print-on-demand items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us prior to lodging a request.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to:

  1. Lodge a return for the original item via our Returns Centre
  2. Once approved, place a new order separately for your preferred item

This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to be processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processed within 10 business days of approval
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction (typically 3–5 business days)

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at peter@infinityclocks.com.au.

If your return is not approved, we will notify you of the reason and arrange for the item to be returned to you.

Return Shipping Fees

To maintain competitive pricing and offer free delivery where applicable, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
  • Costs vary depending on item size, weight, location, and selected shipping method
  • Original delivery charges and service fees are non-refundable

Exception: If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refused Deliveries: If an order is refused at delivery without prior arrangement, applicable return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at peter@infinityclocks.com.au or via our Returns Centre
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return instructions and approval
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method to:
