We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy on all clocks purchased from Chic Home Essentials.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories
  • Clocks must not show signs of installation or use
  • All original tags and labels must be attached

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: We cover all return shipping costs

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, has a defect, is missing parts, or you received the wrong product, we will make it right immediately.
