Shipping Policy

At Infinity Clocks, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below for full details on delivery times, costs, and processes.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

During peak periods such as sales events and holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted courier partners including Australia Post and other reputable carriers.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier service, and any unforeseen delays. Remote and regional areas may experience longer delivery times.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order size, weight, and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

Oversized or Heavy Items: Some larger wall clocks or multiple-item orders may incur additional shipping charges due to size and weight. These costs will be shown at checkout.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be advertised on our website and at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your delivery progress through the courier's website.

If you have not received your tracking information within 2 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at peter@infinityclocks.com.au.

Delivery Requirements

Signature on Delivery: High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.

If You're Not Home: If no one is available to receive your parcel, the courier will leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery. Please follow the courier's instructions to arrange delivery.

PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers: We can ship to PO Boxes and parcel lockers where the courier service allows. Please ensure you provide complete and accurate address details at checkout.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

Damaged Parcels: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at peter@infinityclocks.com.au with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Lost Parcels: If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days. We will investigate with the courier and work to resolve the issue.

Wrong Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item received. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent at no additional cost.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Extreme weather events
  • Public holidays
  • Remote location access issues

We will keep you informed of any significant delays and work with our courier partners to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
