11. Gift Cards

1. Gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of issue.

2. Gift cards can be used for purchases at infinityclocks.com.au.

3. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.

4. No post-supply fees apply — including no activation, account keeping, inactivity or balance inquiry fees.

5. Unused balances are not refunded. Gift cards cannot be reloaded or topped up.

6. Infinity Clocks is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally. If informal resolution fails, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration before court proceedings.

13. General

Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice.
